Return Policy details:
Due to the Corona Virus, Ozwashroom seizing to receive any return for any reason for the next three months as of Monday the 9th of March 2020
Only products in original sellable condition can be exchanged or refunded and must returned with original packaging within 14 days of dispatching the goods from our warehouse.
All sales are final.
We do not offer full refunds on any item unless is grossly misrepresented.
If a refund is given it will only be for the cost of the item.
Shipping and Handling is non refundable for change of mind cases.
