Shipping and Handling


We offer free delivery for orders over $99 to most of our products anywhere in Australia

Delivery charge applies to regional areas for paper products and liquid soap

A delivery charge apply to  West Australia & Northern Territory  for paper products & liquid soap only, at the rate of $1.49 per kilogram.

All orders less than $99 attract a handling fee Depending on location

  We use Australia Post eParcel with tracking Service.

   Estimated time of delivery 2-5 working days to major centres and longer for regional and remote areas.

 Express Post for next working day delivery to most areas within Express Post network, the cost is based on the location, cut off time 1:30PM for next day delivery

  

Warranty, Extended Warranty, Refund & Exchange Policy


  •  WARRANTY: All our hand dryers go through an aggressive testing procedure and carries a 12 months Return to Base warranty for hand dryers  and three months warranty for dispensers of soap, fragrance & paper towel dispensers, our warranty does not cover customer intentional or accidental damages. All Faulty items Under Warranty will Be Posted To Our factory For  Repairs.  Our Warranty DOES NOT cover the removal or refit of the hand dryers or any other products. OzWashroom is liable for shipping cost (Only with Australia Post) for returning & sending back a replacement or repaired item to the buyer provided that the customer will use Australia Post for the return, we will provide the barcode lable to our customer to send any faulty item to the nearest Australia post office. 


  • For Return and Exchange Purposes: Products must be returned in it's original condition with all accessories included in their original packing materials, including cartons and boxes within 14 days of purchase date. Shipping and handling cost is NOT refundable. In certain cases such as customer damage of our product, we reserve the right to refuse return, refund, or exchange of any items.


  •      Extended Warranty: The options for extended warranty are: 3 years which is two additional years of warranty added to the original one year warranty for the cost of $29 and $59 for Jetoz hand dryer & 5 years extended warranty which is additional 4 years to the original one year warranty for the cost of $49 and $99 for Jetoz hand dryer. The extended warranty covers all labour and parts for our hand dryers. All Faulty items Under Warranty will Be Posted To Our factory For  Repairs. Our Warranty DOES NOT cover the removal or refit of the hand dryers. OzWashroom is liable for shipping cost (Only with Australia Post) for returning & sending back a replacement or repaired item to the buyer provided that the customer will use Australia Post for the return, we will provide the barcode lable to our customer to send any faulty item to the nearest Australia post office. Customers are responsible to take any faulty item to the nearest Australia Post Office.

  • Replacement Warranty:
    This option only available for purchases of 4 or more hand dryers: for an additional cost of $49 per hand dryer and $99 for the Jetoz, we will immediately ship a replacement hand dryer for each faulty one. This option DOES NOT cover the removal or refit of the hand dryers.     OzWashroom is liable for shipping cost (Only with Australia Post) for returning & sending back a replacement or repaired item to the buyer provided that the customer will use Australia Post for the return, we will provide the barcode lable to our customer to send any faulty item to the nearest Australia post office. We assume that the purchaser will make available faulty item for pick up within 14 days otherwise ozwashroom reserves the right to suspend the warranty for all the hand dryers purchased until we receive the faulty item. Customers are responsible to take any faulty item to the nearest Australia Post Office.
